In 2015, we observed a growing trend of individuals seeking to downsize and embrace a simpler lifestyle through tiny homes.
In response to this need, we began prototyping and building tiny home floor plans. Our extensive research into building codes, durability and sustainability led us to develop a luxurious line of small timber-frame homes, known as the Designer Towers.
OUR MISSION
Our vision is to create a global network of 200 luxury fire lookout towers, each offering a unique and unforgettable experience. Our properties, located in some of the world’s most sought after destinations, will reflect the beauty and character of their surroundings. From the mountains to the shores of the Caribbean, each tower will offer amenities tailored to the region, ensuring guests enjoy an immersive stay with comfort and elegance they deserve.

The Lookout Towers LLC specializes in luxury vacation rentals, designing and building unique getaways for both hosts and guests. From single towers to entire communities, our team guides every step — from planning to working with building authorities.
We oversee the entire process, from prefabrication in our North Carolina shop to onsite installation, ensuring the highest safety standards. With premium materials and proven techniques, we create towers built to last and harmonize with their surroundings.”

Installation Services
Our setup crew, including cranes and expert carpenters, can fully enclose your tower within 10 days, ensuring long-lasting quality.
