Pre-build
Feasibility Analysis
We start with an assessment of whether or not you can build your home on your parcel and all the details that go with it.
Design
We work with you to finalize any floor plan customizations or materials considerations you’d like for your new home.
Site Visit
In order to get a firsthand look at the project, the prospective Builder will visit your parcel in-person to make notes & recommendations.
PART TWO
Permit
Engineering
Once we have the design squared away, we move forward with the structural engineering which includes framing, roofing and foundation
Labor Bid
Once the Builder has visited the site and has given input on feasibility and foundation type, we can get a proper bid back.
Permitting
The Builder will work with you to submit all the documents required to receive your build permit.
PART THREE
Build
Materials delivery
The Everywhere team will schedule multiple deliveries for your build, including framing, roofing, exterior and interior materials and appliances. To view the full list click here.
Construction process
The Builder will work with our team to coordinate the delivery of the materials and any other support they need throughout the build timeline.
The keys are yours
Once your new home is completed, you'll receive a certificate of occupancy, and then it's time to move in!
